Meagan Jeffrey
ABOUT
Meagan Jeffrey was born in Calgary Alberta Canada. She was raised by her mother, Pat Jeffrey, who was a very hard working single mom most of Meagan's life.
In grade 2 Meagan's mom entered her in a writing contest and she won for her grade. This then inspired Meagan to continue writing. She went on to write poetry and short stories.
In 2002, Meagan's mom moved to a small farm community, Vulcan Alberta Canada, where Meagan went with her. Meagan went to an adult learning center called Vulcan Outreach where she got her GED and upgraded her typing while raising her daughter as a single mother, working at CIBC Bank as a night janitor and helping her mom whose health was Declining Due to Brain and lung cancer.
Meagan also got her first published writing job with Northland Media Inc; whom she wrote for up until 2005.
Meagan went on to write for Playboy Magazine.
Meagan then moved to Kitchener Ontario in 2004 with her daughter where she then started to write for Living dead Press and STFU Publishing, writing short horror and zombie stories, getting her work published in 3 different anthologies.
Meagan continues to write freelance and still resides in Ontario Canada

Won a Canada wide 2nd place award for a short story I wrote in Grade 2
for kids in grades 2/3.

myself and others who have requested my help in writing them; as
well as articles, blogs and ghostwriting.
